City Creation
城市创想
People have required a higher quality of life after fulfilling basic needs. Cultural and creativity implanted in urban life – A permeation into public spaces, commercial center, historical houses, old industrial buildings and existing venues, from which develops new type of business layout and experience, this inherits and extends the culture of the city, activates the connotation of City Creation, and progresses the development of related industrials.
人们在解决了温饱之余，对生活品质提出了更高的要求。文化创意植入城市生活，与公共空间、商业中心、老城宅、旧厂房、既有场馆等空间的深度融合，衍生出新的业态模式和体验。 在传承延展了城市文化的同时，激活了城市创想的内涵，并带动相关产业的发展。
New Village
乡村再生
Among many ideas for Chinese rural planning, our approach is to introduce art into rural reconstruction. Through the way art intervenes in the cultural, historical and natural environment of rural areas we intend to stimulate regional vitality, build up a new form of symbiosis and development, and transform and regenerate contemporary Chinese villages.
在诸多的乡村建设思路中，我们选择了以艺术的方式参与中国乡村再造，结合乡村社会的人文历史与自然环境，通过艺术介入的方式，激活区域活力，与乡村形成生态式的共生和发展，实践当代中国乡村的转型与再生。
M+
Mobility is an important feature of contemporary life, with the cultures of different regions in a state of continuous evolution. Project M+ focuses attention on the issue of cultural mobility, through bringing existing international cultural and art projects to different type of venues and spaces in the country, we attempt to build up new communication and collisions between these projects and new contexts, and to inject new connotation and vitality to the venue and space.
We introduce a variety of projects including art and design exhibitions, new media art exhibition and performances, participative experience events, creative workshops, etc.
移动性是当代生活的重要特征，不同区域间的文化在移动中不断地演进。M+项目关注文化移动性的问题，我们将既有的国内外文化艺术项目引入不同类型的场域空间，使之与新的语境交流与碰撞，并赋予空间以新的内涵与活力。
我们所引入的不同类型项目主要包括艺术设计展览、新媒介艺术展演、参与式体验活动和创意工作坊等。
ZAI ZAO
再造
China is entering a new period of economic transition – with old and abandoned industrial parks, an excess of industrial products and an abundance of surplus goods. The role that design plays in contemporary society is in question: how is it possible to inject a new vitality through an efficient process of re-design that is capable of maximizing the remained value at minimal cost.
Project ZAI ZAO returns to the origin of design, drawing inspiration from familiarity and becoming practically involved in a series of design projects.
中国当前进入新的经济转型期，废旧的工业园区、积压的工业制品、过剩的商品选择，为设计在当代社会中的角色提出了新的问题：如何通过有效的再设计过程，转化其尚存的使用价值，以较小的代价注入其新的生命活力。
再造更多回到设计的原点，从过去熟悉的事物中吸取新的灵感，介入系列设计项目实践。
miiix
miiix expands the word “mix”, iii is extracted from inter-disciplinary, inter-media and inter-sensory.
miiix is a project that shares thoughts and ideas with the public. The project focuses on a variety of topics that try to break the boundaries between disciplines, provide a multi-angle perspective, facilitate reflection on established thought processes and language formation, and hence to trigger the renewal of concepts and the extension of media.
Each miiix begins with a theme proposed by the invited curator who then in turn invites professionals from art, design, technology or other backgrounds to participate in the exploration and discussion. As a result, lectures, performances, exhibitions, workshops and/or other forms of activity will be presented.
miiix 一词由“mix”拓展而来，其中的iii为inter-disciplinary（跨学科）、inter-media（跨媒介）、inter-sensory（跨感官）三个关键词的首写字母组合而成。
miiix是一个面向社会、分享思想和创意的公共项目。项目以不同的主题为聚焦范围，尝试通过打破专业界限，提供多角度的视野，促进对既有思维逻辑和形式语言的反思，触发概念的新生与媒介的延伸。
miiix项目每期由特邀策划人发起主题，并邀请来自艺术、设计、科技等专业或其他不同背景的人士，共同参与研究和讨论，延展出演讲、表演、展览、工作坊等形式不限的分享方式。
